Chris Kellett, CPA, MBA
Chris Kellett is an experienced CFO and Controller and has worked in the accounting field for over 20 years in several industries including financial services, banking, and software. He served as the CFO for Spillman Technologies and North Capital for over 6 years and was the Controller and director of finance and administration for Motorola Solutions. He has held an active CPA license since 2012. Chris graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and completed his MBA in 2006. Chris currently serves as a fractional CFO for many of our clients and provides oversite to the bookkeeping and controller teams.

Scott Kellett
Scott Kellett has strong background in operations management, consulting, private banking, financial analysis and accounting services. He is highly skilled at cultivating positive customer relationships and helping businesses grow and scale. Scott obtained a dual bachelor's degree in finance and economics. He spent the majority of his career as an operations manager at Goldman Sachs, where he was a vice president in the Private Wealth Management division and also served as the COO for a small accounting firm. Scott is currently the relationship manager for many of our bookkeeping and fractional CFO clients. He oversees our business development and works with our new and prospective clients.
LEAD CONTROLLER & TEAM MANAGER
George Capistrano, CPA
George Capistrano has over 10 years of general accounting experience where he has served as the lead accounting manager and supervisor for over five years. He is an expert in with the SaaS, wholesale and retail industries. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting and has held and an active CPA license since 2013. George is well versed in leading accounting teams and individuals and has a high proficiency in excel. He is currently the Lead Controller and manages the bookkeeping team in providing accurate financial reports and great client service for our clients.

Shaira Cruz, CPA
Shaira Cruz has a combined experience in internal auditing, general accounting, and financial reporting. She has extensive experience working with both start-up and public companies primarily in the technology industry. She obtained her bachelor's degree in accounting and has held had active CPA license since 2017. She is currently the Controller and leads the team for various engagements and ensures accuracy of the financial reports being issued to our clients.
